This coffee has been consistently brewing at our roastery for the past week or so, and for good reason - it's as sweet as it is nuanced, and our continued work in adjusting the roast to best have this coffee express itself has only further highlighted it's sweetness, which we think is its best trait.
Aromatically, when brewed, this coffee reminds us of chocolate covered blueberries and toasted almonds, evoking a brightness with a solid base.
Our most enticing brews of this coffee were when brewed on a conical brewer, at a 1:16 ratio - we tasted Pomegranate, Ceylon Black Tea (by extension Orange Zest), as well as Fig Newton. These flavors are complimented by a velvety, coating mouthfeel, with flavors that linger long after your sip.
An exciting addition to your counter, this coffee is best brewed on Conical Pour Over, Aeropress, and on Espresso.
