Our Daily Driver.
This is the blend served daily at our cafe, on espresso and drip. While thoughtfully composed with espresso in mind, it serves fantastically as a filter coffee. The Beatnik blend evokes a morning pastry with it's Pecan and Shortbread Cookie notes - both in flavor and body.
As the coffee cools, a gentle Pear acidity cuts through the buttery pastry notes to bring some levity to the cup.
